近隣工事に伴う交通規制および作業音発生のお知らせ
平素より当ホテルをご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。
この度、近隣施設（ながの東急百貨店 様）にて設備更新工事が下記日程で実施されます。
工事に伴い、夜間にクレーン車作業が行われ、作業音の発生および周辺道路での交通規制がございます。
安全には十分配慮されておりますが、ご滞在中のお客様にはご不便をおかけする場合がございます。
何卒ご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。
◆ 工事日時
・2026年 5月 28日（木）21:00 ～ 翌4:00（予定）
・2026年 7月 16日（木）21:00 ～ 翌4:00（予定）
◆ 影響について
・工事時間帯に周辺で作業音が発生いたします。
・クレーン車設置に伴い、当ホテル前からC-one（商業ビル）の道路の交通規制が行われます。
・お車でお越しのお客様は、出庫の際に迂回をお願いする場合がございます。
※工事は近隣施設（ながの東急百貨店 様）で行われます。当ホテルの館内設備には影響ございません。
※工事期間中は提携駐車場に誘導員が配置されます。

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of our hotel.
We would like to inform you that renovation work will be carried out at a nearby facility (Nagano Tokyu Department Store) on the dates listed below.
Due to this construction, crane operations will take place at night, which may result in noise and traffic restrictions on surrounding roads.
While every effort is being made to ensure safety, this may cause some inconvenience to our guests during their stay.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
◆ Construction Dates and Times
・Thursday, May 28, 2026, 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM the following day (scheduled)
・Thursday, July 16, 2026, 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM the following day (scheduled)
◆ Impact
・Construction noise will be heard in the surrounding area during the construction hours.
・Due to the installation of a crane, traffic restrictions will be in place on the road from in front of our hotel to C-one (commercial building).
・Guests arriving by car may be asked to take a detour when exiting the parking lot.
*The construction will take place at a neighboring facility (Nagano Tokyu Department Store). There will be no impact on the facilities within our hotel.
*Parking attendants will be stationed at the affiliated parking lot during the construction period.
