2026年１月７日～３日間 休館のお知らせ
平素より格別のご愛顧を賜り、誠にありがとうございます。
当ホテルでは、誠に勝手ながら下記の期間を年始休館とさせていただきます。
休館期間： 2026年１月７日（水）～2026年１月９日（金）
※2026年１月10日（土）より通常営業を再開いたします。
休館期間中は、宿泊・館内サービスのご利用に加え、お電話でのお問い合わせ対応も休止させていただきます。
また、館内テナントのレストラン等の営業日は当ホテルの休館日とは異なりますので、各店舗の営業状況につきましては、直接店舗へお問い合わせください。
なお、休館期間中は姉妹ホテル「ホテルナガノアベニュー」のご利用もぜひご検討くださいませ。
お客様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Closure Period: Wednesday, January 7 – Friday, January 9, 2026
※We will resume regular operations from Saturday, January 10, 2026.
During the closure period, all hotel services—including accommodation and in-house facilities—will be unavailable.
Please also note that telephone inquiries will not be answered during this time.
In addition, the operating hours of restaurants and other tenant shops within the building may differ from the hotel’s closure schedule.
For details regarding each shop’s business hours, please contact them directly.
During the closure period, we invite you to consider staying at our sister property, Hotel Nagano Avenue, which will remain open as usual.
